Kelley Insurance LLC is a privately owned, independent insurance agency at 1282 First Ave in Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. We write auto, home, renters, health, Medicare and life coverage for our neighbors — along with boats, motorcycles, annuities and commercial liability for the small businesses around us — and we do every claim with them, from the first call to the final settlement.
When you buy from a captive agent or a website, you get that one company’s answer. When you buy from an independent agency, somebody else is allowed to say “actually, there is a better fit for this.” That is the whole reason we exist, and it is why customers stay with us for years rather than a renewal cycle.
We are also independent in the ordinary sense: private, local, and small enough that you know exactly who is handling your file. We treat you like family — Southern, neighborly, here for you.
What that means in practice
We are not an employee of one insurance company. We hold contracts with several carriers, so the quote you get is the best of what is available to us — not the only thing we are allowed to mention.
We are a small private agency that lives and works in the same community as our clients. Nobody in a distant office sets our priorities, and the person you meet is the person who handles your account.
A policy is the beginning of the relationship, not the end of it. Renewals, changes, a new driver, a new roof, a claim at midnight — all of it comes through us, and none of it costs you extra.

Talisa
Medicare, annuities and life
Talisa is the one to ask for when you are turning 65, when the letters about Part D start arriving, or when you want to sit down and think about an annuity or a life policy. She has done this conversation hundreds of times in this town, and she will not talk over your head or hurry you out the door.
She will also tell you, plainly, if the policy you already have is a good one.
Brandy
Home, renters and commercial
Brandy handles car insurance the way people around here expect it: she writes it down, she quotes it with more than one company, and she calls you back. She also writes the property side — a house you own, an apartment you rent, a rental house you own, and the liability coverage a small business needs to hand over a certificate and start a job.
Still one of the few offices left that takes cash payments at the counter.
We treat you like family — and we mean it at claim time, not just when you sign.
How we work
We are not the cheapest quote every single time, and we will not pretend to be. What we can promise is straight answers and a real person who stays on your side.
